Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Various shipping methods are available at checkout, but understand that your order will not be shipped until it has been fulfilled. Because we print each product to order, fulfillment may take up 7-10 days. We sincerely appreciate your patience! It will be worth the wait.

How long will it take to get my package?

We fulfill orders as we receive them (for that human touch!). Due to the nature of our direct-to-garment printing process, it may take up to 7-10 days to fulfill your order. As soon as it’s been fulfilled, we’ll send it out the door and into your hands as quickly as possible via the shipping method you chose during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We love the international hype, but unfortunately cannot ship outside of the United States. If we get enough interest from our friends around the world, we’ll pull some strings and make it happen. Thanks for understanding!

Is there any way to get my order fulfilled faster?

While we love the enthusiasm you have for getting your new apparel, orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received.

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards. If you have trouble during checkout, don’t hesitate to contact us for support.

Is buying online safe?

Yes! Jay Honey never stores your credit card information. We use Stripe to process all transactions, and all credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-center.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

Choose the product(s) you love, add one or more to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Fill out your shipping and billing information to complete your order. Simple!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You are welcome to check out as a guest, but we encourage you to create an account to view your order history.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can update your order. We cannot guarantee changes will be processed if received 24 hours after your order has been placed.

How can I return a product?

Since we print each product to order, we’re unable to offer or accept returns. We’re sorry for any inconvenience!
